Ingredients:
1 cup spinach leaves
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1 ripe banana
1/3 cup milk
2 tbss old fashioned oats
1 tbs sugar
Preparation:
Combine spinach, blueberries, raspberries, banana, milk, oats, sugar and 1 cup ice in blender until smooth.
You can also make it at your own way and add some fruit that you prefer.
