Ingredients:
1 banana
1 tbs. peanut spread
1/2 glass snappy cooking oats
3/4 glasses Almond Milk
Preparation:
In a blender, add banana , oats, nutty spread, and almond milk. Mix until craved consistency. I like mine a bit runny.
In the event that you've got composition issues, this may not be your most loved thing to drink. It's a little on the thick side.
